At Arkel, we stand behind the durability of our gear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment isn't the perfect fit for your next adventure, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and technical manuals are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
